the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Important notice: The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties and limit
our liability to the maximum extent permitted by law. Please read these Terms carefully.
1) Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other
entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
The Service is not intended for children. If you are under the age at which you can consent to data processing in your
jurisdiction (or under 13 in the United States), you may not use the Service. If you believe a child has provided
personal information, contact us at support@knowallia.com.
2) Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update
these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision. Your continued use of the Service
after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
3) Accounts, Security, and Access
- You may need an account to use certain features.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights.
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, security, or networks (including probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities).
- Bypass or attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or other security measures.

5) User Content and Inputs
The Service may allow you to submit, upload, transmit, or otherwise make available content, text, files, prompts, or
other materials (“User Content”). You retain any rights you have in your User Content, subject to the licenses below.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit User Content and that doing so does not violate
any law or infringe any third-party rights.
License to Knowallia
You grant Knowallia a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store,
process, reproduce, modify (for technical purposes), communicate, publish, display, and distribute your User Content to:
(a) operate, maintain, and provide the Service; (b) improve, develop, and enhance the Service; (c) comply with legal
obligations; and (d) protect the safety, security, and integrity of the Service and users.
Where permitted by applicable law, you also grant Knowallia the right to use User Content and associated usage data in

applicable) to help develop or improve automated systems, including machine learning models.
6) Outputs, Information Disclaimer, and Your Responsibility
The Service may provide results, recommendations, summaries, suggestions, or other outputs (“Outputs”). Outputs are for
informational purposes only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for evaluating Outputs
and deciding whether to rely on them.
- Do not treat Outputs as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, safety, or otherwise).
- You assume all risk associated with use of Outputs, including any actions you take based on Outputs.
- You are solely responsible for compliance with laws and for your User Content and how you use the Service.
7) Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content (excluding User Content), is owned
by Knowallia or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without
our prior written permission.
8) Paid Features, Subscriptions, and Billing (If Applicable)
Certain features may require payment. If you purchase a subscription or paid feature, you agree to pay all fees and taxes
and authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method. Fees are non-refundable except where
required by law or expressly stated otherwise at purchase time.
We may change pricing, plans, or features at any time. If required by law, we will provide notice of material changes.
9) Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party websites, tools, APIs, content, or services (including analytics,
hosting, payment processors, customer support tools, and advertising networks). We do not control third parties and are
not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may
be governed by their terms and privacy policies.

Analytics, tracking, and advertising
We may use analytics and tracking tools (such as log analytics, cookie-based analytics, pixels, and SDKs) to understand
how users interact with the Service, measure performance, attribute traffic, and improve features. We may also work with
advertising and measurement partners to deliver and measure advertisements, including interest-based advertising where
permitted by law. These partners may use cookies or similar technologies to collect information across time and services.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to opt out of certain processing, including certain forms of targeted

International data transfers
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than where you live. Such countries may have different
data protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes,
enforce agreements, and for legitimate business purposes. Retention periods vary depending on the type of data and how it
is used. We may retain aggregated or de-identified data indefinitely.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing,
and to request portability of certain information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is
based on consent. To exercise rights, contact support@knowallia.com. We may request verification of your identity.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. However, no system is
100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11) Feedback
If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it
without compensation or obligation to you.
12) Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including if we believe you have
violated these Terms, pose a risk, or create potential legal exposure. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers,
limitation of liability, and indemnity).
13) Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” KNOWALLIA DISCLAIMS ALL
WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY
WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED,
ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
14) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL KNOWALLIA, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR
LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF
PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE)
THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KNOWALLIA’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE
SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO KNOWALLIA FOR THE SERVICE IN THE
12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) 100 USD (OR THE EQUIVALENT IN YOUR LOCAL CURRENCY).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
15) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Knowallia and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and
against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or
related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation
of any rights of another.
16) Copyright and IP Complaints
If you believe content on the Service infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact support@knowallia.com
with sufficient detail to locate the material and your contact information. We may remove content and/or terminate repeat
infringers where appropriate.
17) Dispute Resolution
Informal resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve disputes informally by emailing
support@knowallia.com with a description of the issue. If we cannot resolve within a reasonable time, either party may
pursue a formal claim.
Venue and governing law: To the fullest extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by the laws of
the jurisdiction in which Knowallia is legally established, without regard to conflict of laws rules. You agree that
disputes will be brought in the competent courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Optional arbitration/class waiver (where permitted): Where permitted by applicable law, Knowallia may
require disputes to be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or
representative action. If this section is found unenforceable in your jurisdiction, it will not apply to you.
18) Miscellaneous
- Severability: If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms freely.
- Entire agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Knowallia regarding the Service.
- Headings: Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
